Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for the HVAC Lift Webshop

1. How can I place an order?

  • To place an order, select the products you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart. Then click on the shopping cart to view and confirm your order. Fill in your details, choose a payment method and complete the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

  • We accept the following payment methods:
    • iDEAL
    • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
    • PayPal
    • Bank transfer
    • AfterPay (if available)

Your payment will be processed securely through our payment system.

3. What are the shipping costs?

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight of your order and the delivery address. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm payment. Within the Netherlands we offer standard shipping rates. For international orders, shipping costs may be higher.

4. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order online via the carrier's website.

5. What is the delivery time of my order?

  • Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days (within the Netherlands), provided the product is in stock. For international orders, delivery time may vary from 5-7 business days, depending on the country of destination and the shipping method. These terms are indicative.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it. In that case, you may return the order according to our Returns Policy.

7. How can I return a product?

  • You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is in its original condition and unused. Fill out the return form on our website or contact us by email to start the return process. You will be responsible for the return costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

8. What should I do if my product is defective or damaged upon receipt?

  • If the product is damaged or not working as it should, please contact us within 7 days. We will replace the product free of charge or refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs. Please send us photos of the damage to make the process faster.

9. Does HVAC Lift offer warranties on the products?

  • Yes, we offer a warranty on all products we sell. The warranty period varies by product and manufacturer. Please refer to the product page for specific warranty information. If you have a problem with a product within the warranty period, please contact us for further assistance.

10. How can I contact customer service?

We aim to respond to your message within 1-2 business days.

11. Can I pick up my order in the store?

  • Currently we do not offer an option to pick up orders in store. All orders will be shipped to the address you provide.

12. Can I reserve a product?

  • We do not offer reserve products at this time. Orders are processed based on availability, and products are shipped once payment is received.

    13. Are the products in the webshop always in stock?

    • We do our best to keep the stock status of each product accurate. If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it becomes available again. We always advise to contact us for the most up-to-date stock status when in doubt.

    14. What happens if a product is out of stock?

    • If a product is out of stock, you can choose to reserve it, put it on the waiting list, or purchase an alternative product. We will keep you informed of the availability and estimated delivery time.
